Yvette is the head chef and garnered her cooking prowess at Le Garenne, a well-known restaurant and hotel in the South of France. .
Our talented chef Yvette Caron meticulously craft each dish, ensuring that no compromise is made when it comes to taste, texture, or presentation.
We strive to use organic ingredients whenever possible, but not all of our ingredients are certified organic.
Open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM, even during the holidays. On New Year’s Day, we start at noon. The bakery opens at 8am everyday.
We do not have kosher certification at this time.
Yes, we offer many soy-free and gluten-free dishes. Please let your server know about any allergies or dietary restrictions. Our kitchen can safely accommodate to avoid cross-contamination.
No, we are not BYOB. We have a selection of vegan wines and beers available for purchase.
We craft our meat-like texture using yellow split peas, keeping it fully natural and free from processing.
Yes, we are fully plant-based and do not use any animal products in our kitchen. All of our wines are vegan as well.
We offer catering services, and each of our catering trays serves 10.
